With almost two decades of experience supporting organisations across a wide range of sectors, Lynn believes that with the right approach and leadership, people can achieve extraordinary results for themselves, their work, and their teams.

With almost 20 years’ experience working across Southeast Asia, East Africa, the US and Australia, Lynn has delivered strategic and operational people and business management support for global, national and growing SME organisations across a range of industries.
Lynn has delivered global workforce strategy and mobilisation objectives for several international humanitarian aid organisations; led organisation design and business restructuring for a major engineering and construction company in Melbourne; implemented large-scale mergers and acquisitions at Telstra across Australia; and led global workforce planning for an investment and financial services company based in Melbourne. She has also supported SMEs through periods of rapid growth during their start-up and scale-up stages.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Organisational Development, a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management, a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, and a Diploma in Payroll Management. She is also a professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and a certified HR strategist with the Academy to Innovate HR.
