Meet the Team

With over twenty years’ experience of working with global and national organisations, Jita is a highly experienced and passionate people and organisation development professional. She has provided strategic and operational HR and OD support delivering desired results for teams and organisations across a wide range of industries and sectors.

Jita has worked with large global organisations and local businesses across a wide range of sectors. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Organisational Development, a postgraduate diploma in strategic HR management, a certificate in Work Health and Safety, and a Diploma in Payroll Management. She’s currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment and Industrial Relations Law with the University of Melbourne. She is a professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and a certified HR strategist with the Academy to Innovate HR.

Jita embraces growth mindset and positive leadership. She founded AINREX with an aim to help teams and businesses of all sizes to realise their full growth potential and achieve their desired results through innovative and results-focused people management and organisation development solutions.
